IMPORTANT UPDATE
 
Due to high demand there is a slight delay on all orders placed before June 11th, 2020. I am working hard to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. 
The current processing time for orders made after June 11th, 2020 is 4 weeks.

How do I know what size to order?

You can buy our Sample Kit  in the shape of your choice which comes with 10 nails (size 0-9) to find the perfect fit or use our Sizing Guide to measure your nails 

*The sizing guide may not be accurate so please use at your own risk* 

 

What Comes with my order?

All nail set purchases come with a prep kit (a mini nail file, a nail buffer, a wooden stick, an alcohol wipe nail glue and nail tabs), and detailed instructions on how to apply your press on nails.

*Only 1 Kit per order (not per set), if you require additional supplies you must purchase them separately. 

 

What type of nail adhesive shall I use and how long does it last?

Nail Glue- Can stay on for up to 1-3 weeks. Make sure to follow the correct nail prep process to insure long lasting wear.

Nail Adhesive tabs- Can stay on for up to 1-2 days. It's perfect way to wear it temporarily and easy to remove/ reusable!

 

Can I reuse my press ons?

Yes. The use of nail tabs will make the nails reusable.
For those that prefer nail glue, I would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. It'll gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails allowing your to reuse them.

** you may also purchase 2 accent nails to switch up your set 

 

Can I make changes to a design?

Yes, all sets are made to order and may be customized to your liking. If you prefer a different colour, matte or glossy finish, shorter length or small design changes simply make a note in the special requests. For bigger changes that include adding on more or changing crystals please fill out the Custom Nail Order Form or email support@fleekfreak.com

 

How can I get my logo/brand or picture on my nail?

Fill out the Custom Nail Order Form and be sure to select *Your Logo or Image* and upload the image to the form. Your image may also be added to any premade design.

 

How do you remove the nail?

Soak your nails in warm water for about 10-15 minutes, then use the orange wood stick to remove from your natural nail. Put the nails back in the storage box to keep them safe. Do not use polish removers. 

 

How long is the processing time?

Pre-made designs 10-14 days *Due to Covid 19 and a High Volume of orders we are experiencing some delays however we are working hard to get all orders out as soon as possible *I say we but I am a 1 woman shop so please be patient*

Custom designs 14 days-3 weeks depending on complexity of design 

All sets are processed in the order of purchase, with the exception of those who have paid to "rush their order". Rush orders will move to the front of the production line

Can I get my order rushed?

Yes. Simply add Rush Order Fee to your cart to speed up your order.  The rush order will speed up the current processing time of 10-14 days to 2 days for Pre-made designs and 5 days for Custom Orders Max 2 sets per order 

Pre-made designs - 2 days 
Custom designs - 5 days

Please note selecting "Expedited Shipping" Only speeds up the shipping time not the processing time.  PLEASE READ ABOVE FOR CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES DURING COVID-19

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Free Standard Shipping is offered on Canadian orders over $100 And US orders over $120. Regular shipping fees apply to all other orders  

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide.  

 

Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you agree to wait the time it takes to create your press ons.  
Also due to the nature of our custom handmade products we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state.  If so, email support@fleekfreak.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product).
**Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Be aware of our creation time and make sure you size your nails correctly as we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.
Also, double check shipping information before checking out. If there’s an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue.
